ORDER This 23rd day of April, 1990, the appellee having moved under Rule 25(a) to affirm the judgment of the Family Court, and the matter having been duly considered, and it appearing to the Court from a careful review of the record below that, to the extent the issues on appeal are issues of law, they are clearly controlled by settled Delaware law; to the extent the issues on appeal are factual, there clearly is sufficient evidence to support the findings of fact made by the trial court; and to the extent the issues on fact made by the trial court; and to the extent the issues on appeal involve matters of judicial discretion, clearly there was no abuse of discretion; and it further appearing to be manifest on the fact of appellant's brief that the appeal is without merit and that this Court should affirm on the basis of the well-reasoned opinions of Family Court dated November 29, 1988 and July 25, 1989; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court be and it hereby is AFFIRMED.
